openSuse 12.1 and 12.2 (beta) will not boot with unetbootin created drive

Bug Description
I tried openSuse CD .iso files for 12.1 stable and for 12.2 (beta 1) using both 0.0.575-1.1-x86_64 from opensuse repo, and 575? (latest) on Windows XP. Result the same for all 4, a permanently scrolling message: Could not find kernel image GFXboot boot:
