Bug Description
The auto suggest on Add Existing user tool in communities doesn't work. As you type users should be suggested to you, but nothing is happening. Also, there's a weird bullet appearing to the left of the auto suggest box (see screenshot). Unless there's a reason for this, then we should remove it.

I believe this is working ok, must have been related to some other thing that got fixed. Handing to Jim for testing next week.
