Bug Description

I installed Rocs 1.6.0 from the Ubuntu repositories on Kubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin. It does not use its own icons, only placeholder icons appear on the user interface. But if I hover the toolbar buttons with the cursor, the icon appear for that time.

$ apt-cache policy rocs
rocs:
  Telepítve: 4:4.8.2-0ubuntu1
  Jelölt: 4:4.8.2-0ubuntu1
  Verziótáblázat:
 *** 4:4.8.2-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://hu.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Then I compiled Rocs from source using the 4.8.3 tarball, but it still does not use its own icons permanently.

This is because some bug in recent versions of oxygen-transparent, I bet you use it ;)

I have the same issue in rocs as well as in digikam and kile.

I sent a message to the developer of oxygen-transparent to see whether we can relate the two things and eventually fix the bug:

this is what I wrote:

Hi,

Oxygen-transparent is great and I simply love it, but I realized that some apps (kile, digikam, rocs, maybe others) doesn't show icons when using the transparent version compared to the regular oxygen.

It happened the same to me with source code and with packages from this repository:
https://launchpad.net/~hrvojes/+archive/kde-goodies

Somebody has filled an apparently unrelated bug here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rocs/+bug/1012739

But I really think that his issues are also related to the problem I'm describing. I'm linking the two things to figure this out...

I'd love to have icons back and I'd love to help in testing to resolve the bug.
Many thanks in advance!
