failed to create bug report on colord crash

[shinyblue]

colord causes internal ubuntu error on start up, but apport fails to create bug report.

I get the ubuntu internal error, then go to report, then the summary screen, then on clicking submit, it goes away and never gets here.

I have experienced this bug on two (intel i5) machines.
