Pasted ghosts have unknown author

When you �paste ghost�, the author of the resulting ghost is listed as �unknown
user� (in the Silva 1.1 release).

    # ghost metadata is defered to the haunted object.
    # author / mod time data is in the haunted object's metadata
    # BUT this data it is also stored on the ghost itself (being
    # a SilvaObject). This author data needs to be set when
    # it's created, so the 'author' tab in the containers edit tab
    # shows a username instead of "unknown".
