I have tried to uninstall and led me to "apport" applications to submit this bug without any further info attached to it.

Please could you paste the output of:

  stat /etc/ssl
  stat /etc/ssl/private
  stat /etc/ssl/private/ssl-mail.key

Also attach the file /var/lib/dpkg/info/mail-stack-delivery.postinst

Finally, please modify the file /var/lib/dpkg/info/mail-stack-delivery.postinst by changing "set -e" (near the top) to "set -ex", and then attach the output of "dpkg --configure mail-stack-delivery".
