Bug Description
On UX2 if you visit the Add/Edit page/file screens the tag widget doesn't have the auto-suggest turned on. The add tag box doesn't suggest anything to you while you type.

Not entirely sure I can give this to Carlos, as Balazs might have to look at it. When I tried going to trunk, the entire tagbox seemed screwed up on non-forms. http://
