Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Move to a workspace containing windows via Ctrl+Alt+Arrows
2. Press Shift, while keeping Ctrl+Alt pressed
3. Press an arrow
Expected behavior:
The window is moved
What actually happens:
We move only the shown workspace, the window stays still
