remove links from popup

Mpetit suggested: the links "slide to contents screen" and "slide to publish
screen" should be removed because they make no sense in the pop up menus and when
you accidentally click on it new users will be confused.

know means that this *ought* to be fixed or actually 'should already be fixed'. :)

We cannot really figure out what is going on here, and the link ref popup looks
okay, so I'm resolving this one.

mpetit says in private communication that this doesn't work properly yet (slide
link) and will put more information in the issue. I missed it entirely forthe
release as I hadn't gone through all my mail today (I was too busy resolving
issues).

i added a screen shot to make more clear what i mean. as soon as the user
accidentally clicks on this "slide" link in the get reference pop up
menu the full version of the smi gets loaded and additionaly, the user is
moved to the publish screen. and of course you cannot select a reference in
this screen anymore...

The 'slide' links are appearing in the object lookup window. The 'slide' links should not be available in the lookup window.

rather than altering the sidebar template to not render the slide links, the object lookup window just hides the links (via a css visibility: hidden).
