Bug Description

Silva should complain if XML or zip files (or other files) are imported that are
obviously not Silva content.

Silva will complain if the imported is not a Zip. If it is a Silva export (it have a silva.xml in it), XML import will be used. Otherwise it will just import the zip as a bunch of images or files. I think that whats this is issue is about.
