Bug Description
If I connect a Projector (if we can't detect if it's a projector specifically, then external secondary/mirrored display), ask me if I want to turn of notifications while this display/projector is connected.

Interesting, but should it be when we're connected to an external display, or just when we're using a *fullscreen app* on an external display?
