I have checked this issue with same scenario at my end but all are working fine.
I have attached the video for your more reference, So would you please check it and notify us where you faced the problem.

This type of same problem exist but on different way. Would you please see https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/6.1-opw-574049-rgo/+merge/104885 (may be you are doing this scenario).

Hello Hennie,

Thanks for your quick response on this and valuable video.

As per your video you have installed the stock_invoice_directly module. That's why this problem occurs.

Due to this module when we press deliver (validate) button second wizard is directly open (Create invoice) and this time the back order is opened, So qty is comes to backorder. Anyways is a bug and only for stock_invoice_directly module.

Version 6.1

We still have 2 errors as per attached video
1. on a full shipment it comes up with a whole list of errors
2. on a partial shipment the first shipment works fine, but the last shipment always comes up with the warming " this picking list does not require invoicing"
