Order lines for shipping costs does not use the product of the delivery method

When an order line is created for a shipping cost, it is always the same product which is used in the line.

So it does not allow to use different products for the shipping costs even if different products are specified on the delivery methods configuration. This is useful, for instance, to have different taxes on shipping products.

Actual:
An order line for the shipping costs is always created with the product Shipping and Handling even if a different product is defined on the delivery method

Expected:
An order line for the shipping costs is created with the product defined on the delivery method.
If there is no delivery method, it takes the default so "Shipping and Handling".
