Ubuntu theme is lost. Looking at .xsession-errors, the cause appears to be:

(gnome-settings-daemon:3529): GnomeDesktop-WARNING **: Timed out waiting for GL_MAX_TEXTURE_SIZE helper

ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:
I upgrade from Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 12.10 today.

When I restart, and enter again all appearance is lost. My desktop is like Gtk2 without a theme (default theme).

When I try to reset unity, the screen shows this messages too:

is that still an issue? what version of libgnome-desktop do you use?

that seems similar the bug which was fixed in that upload:
