can't trigger unity launcher when using wacom tablet in absolute mode

Bug Description

Set unity launcher to autohide
Use wacom tablet in absolute mode (pen rather than mouse)
Try to reveal launcher

Launcher doesn't reveal.

I guess it makes sense since there is no pressure on the edge but it is not ideal.
