"create new version" switches editor

User tries to edit a document.
He sees the "create new version" dialog.
Instead of creating a new version he switches from his
default editor to the other one and then creates a new version.

He is back on his default editor then.

No idea how easy it is to fix this, or whether that's easy
desirable from a UI perspective.

Not only is this bug rather far-fetched, it's also non-existent... ;) Just
kidding of course (about the far-fetched bit ;) but I truly can not seem to
reproduce it, can you still with the current trunk?

A quick recap of what I tried, just to be sure:

1. Set default editor to forms one (tried with Kupu first, same result)
2. Publish a document
3. Go to it's edit tab
4. Press the button of the editor that is currently not set as the default one
5. Press the 'create new version' button

I end up in the not-default editor, which seems to be correct.
