Bug Description

As discussed here: http://mixxx.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2998&p=11310

Get Mixxx as close to completely flat frequency response as possible with all controls at unity and ReplayGain turned off. Specifically, make the HF roll-off dependent on output sampling rate, but higher than the Nyquist frequency in all cases (22kHz for 44.1kHz sampling rate, 24kHz for 48, 48 for 96, etc.)

All new EQ types have a fully flat responds at unity.
However the Linkwizt-Riley type has a linear phase shift,
For bit perfect at unity use the Bessel-LV type.

So this one should be fixed now.
Please reopen it if there is still an issue.
