Bug Description
When I alt+tab to a window, its animation looks like it's growing bigger, but it ends up at the same size it started. Instead, we should just smoothly fade the in-focus windows into view.

Per tom95, this was a mistake of a commented line. Now the unfocused windows are pushed into the background (scaled down) and the animation makes sense.
