Some Item Status columns not populated

In the Item Status list view column picker there are a few 'bre' based columns that don't appear to ever get populated. They are always blank.

Two examples are 'Date Record Created' and 'Date Record Last Edited'.

It looks like this is because my.bre is empty in circ/util.js.

Could we either hide the unused columns in the column picker or flesh out my.bre so that it works?

Hmm, hi Bob, I'm looking on our system and I'm seeing dates and times for the Date Created and Date Last Edited fields when I choose to view those in Item Status and reviewing some examples.

Maybe there's something wrong with the bib records in your system?

And oops, clearly it's Friday. Date Record Created and Date Record Last Edited are empty in our system after all.
