Bug Description
Given that the files stored on the backend are encrypted anyway, there is no need to make data transfer SSL-protected. On the other hand, using SSL slows down transfter (there is especially bad case when LFTP is compiled against gnutls library). I think that unconditionally including "set ftp:ssl-

Comment out os.write( self.tempfile, "set ftp:ssl- protect- data true\n") in duplicity/ backends/ ftpsbackend. py as QnD fix.
