Cann't update ubuntu 12.04 desktop to 12.10 alpha 1 (and write Kubuntu?!)

I have Russian Ubuntu 12.04 with all updates.
1. Alt+F2 -> update-manager -c -d
2. Update Ubuntu 12.10.
3. View notice -> Update.
4. Download update files. Check password.
5. View: Upgrading Kubuntu rto version 12.04.
6. On step "1" view any sources in sources.list will offline. -> Close
7. Write Error. -> Report and Close.
8. That all.

Thanks for the logs. This is the error:

Which has been reported in bug 1009226. I'm marking your report as duplicate.
