Bug Description

Using Mint 13, with KDE

Previous versions of Mahjongg offered me a shuffle option when I reached a state of no further playable moves. Since the update, this option is missing, only offering me a chance to undo, restart or start a new game.

I would like the shuffle option reinstated / shuffle being a permanent option on the toolbar.

Thanks

Workaround:

Manually download the packages gnome-games-common_2.30.0-0ubuntu6 and gnome-mahjongg_2.30.0-0ubuntu6 from the 10.04 version on packages.ubuntu.com. Install them in the right order (gnome-games-common first to fulfill the dependencies required by the gnome-mahjongg package) with 'dpkg -i' in terminal (the GUI package installer didn't work for me).
Before installing, the new version of Mahjongg of course has to be removed, this can be done in GUI (i.e. Synaptic). It will require 3 packages to be removed: gnome-mahjongg, mahjongg and the metapackage gnome-games (which isn't necessary any more once it's been installed to pull with it all the other games-packages it depends on).

After this procedure, the game looks as it did before (GTK2 style) and works as desired.

Addendum to this workaround:

It breaks the gnome-cards-data package. This cannot be installed due to broken dependencies after the workaround has been implemented.
The workaround for this would be: Manually download the gnome-cards-data package from packages.ubuntu.com and (as root) copy the .svg files from the CONTENTS/usr/share/aisleriot/cards directory into the directory /usr/share/aisleriot/cards on your hard drive.
mc (Midnight Commander) works fine for copying the content out of a .deb package.
