Hi,
I download the module crm_claim_rma in OpenERP Apps.I created a new database ,then I instaled the module.
and here's the problem:

"crm_claim_rma " is part of the apps.openerp.com, which are not maintained by the "OpenERP" Or "Tiny". So would you please contact to appropriate Author of this module.
If you or anyone would like to work on it, please mark the bug as "In progress" and assign it to yourself (or ask us or anyone from OpenERP Drivers to do it for you). In the mean time, I will mark it as "Won't fix" to indicate that no further progress is expected at the moment.
