Bug Description
When you try to download the windows installer (WUBI) from this page: http://
or this page: http://
It redirects you back to this page: http://
In other words, clicking on the "Start Download" button or the "Download Windows Installer" button doesn't download the wubi.exe file.
Looking at the link on those buttons, it gives: http://
