sqlite3 should be compiled with SQLITE_ENABLE_UPDATE_DELETE_LIMIT

The library is currently compiled without the SQLITE_ENABLE_UPDATE_DELETE_LIMIT option which greatly decreases the capabilities of the DELETE query. I suggest syncing the library with debian testing or applying the patch I attached to activate this option.
