"found-licenses" should be prefix of generated csv filenames

Bug Description
Currently (1.18) there are two csv files generated:
* licenses.csv
* licenses.simple.csv
These should be:
* found-licenses.csv
* found-licenses.
in order to emphasize that the results of scanning non-formatted license files are not perfectly accurate.
