Bug Description

/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/twisted/python/util.py:713: UserWarning: tried to drop privileges and setuid 0 but uid is already 0; should we be root? Continuing.

This appears when a script is executed as user root. This was tested on a lucid client connected to a lucid LDS server.

The script still ran and worked, but this message is the first thing in the log and is a bit concerning.

This can't be reproduced, closing.

However, I noticed that there is a setuid warning on startup, so I filed bug #1012370.
