L10N: Basque translation typo fixed for 0.48.3.1

Hi,

I detected a typo in eu.po file, so now it is fixed for Inkscape 0.48.3.1 ( and I guess it could be use for 0.48.4 too)

After submit this, I'll work on 0.49 to update Basque lang

Please, forget that PO file. I forgot to run 'update_po_files.sh', so now I see that there are new message to be translate.

If you want you can cancel or abort this bug (I'm not sure if I can put it as _Invalid_ status)

Hi again,

In this case, attached PO file is up-to-date and contains all messages translated to Basque language. This PO file should be used as base for 0.48.x and 0.49.x branch as it contains typo fixes too.

Thanks for the update!

Note that you don't need to run update_po_files.sh to update just one file. The command 'msgmerge -Uv eu.po inkscape.pot' should work faster.
