Bug Description

This is a bug in production. The link button on the TINYMCE doesn't work in IE9. If you try to create a link in IE9 the dialog box partially opens, but it just spins without ever fulling opening. I gave up after about 5 minutes of nothing happening. Please take a look ASAP.

Jim, can you try to recreate this on IE9 this morning? There is a decent chance that this is caused by OSF's security tool. I'd like to confirm that we can recreate it first.

I cannot reproduce it. See this screencast that shows that it works for me on IE9 / production:

Jim, could we have a Skype talk about this?

I suppose the best next step is for Jim and Balazs to do a Skype this morning (Wed) on this.

Correction, Jim wasn't able to recreate this. He saw something where the button was disabled because he didn't have any text highlighted.

Nat, perhaps this is related to the security filter. Any chance you could test off of the OSF network?
