Bug Description

If you to aggressive on the ol' double click or accidently open the same file multiple times (when trying to open the file), all the instances hang on launch.

If you quickly try open the a video file repeatedly, before the first instance launches, you can recreate this behaviour.

Can confirm this on two different machines and on Unity2D and 3D. Issue also exists on Quantal (Totem 3.4).

Can also confirm this on 2 different machines with Ubuntu 12.04. This is very annoying because you then have to kill the totem processes manually to be able to use totem again.

I have two machines, one running 12.04 32-bit, one running 64. This occurs for me, as well. It's rare, but it does happen.

Its pretty common for me (I think my touchpad is a little wierd handling mouse presses). I run into it nearly every day and it drives me crazy :(

Is there any way we can fix it? Maybe someone could point me to the code where unique instances is handled? I am not sure if totem still uses libunique or GtkApplciation for this.
