Switching between workspaces quickly shows other workspaces

Bug Description

1. Open some windows on the first workspace.
2. Switch to the 4th workspace.
3. Use keyboard shortcut to switch between 3rd and 4th workspace back and forth rapidly.

You should see the windows from workspace 1 occasionally flash, even though we're supposedly switching between workspace 3 and 4

Nvm, it was a different issue. I'll test more and report a different bug if I deem it necessary. ;)
