Bug Description

I writing here because I have some problems on my 64bit Ubuntu 12.04 (probably Unity Shell or graphic drivers). When I:

 - close the fullscreen application (like Minecraft after pressing F11, but not in Firefox when I'm in fullscreen mode)
 - log on another account (without logout from 1st account) and then login back on previous account
 - back after suspend or hibernate

I have some artifacts on my screen – just look at screenshoots below. I noticed that if I execute `unity --replace ; compiz --replace` most everything is fine again (however not every toolbar is placed in *top panel*).

Also sometimes if I move the cursor over the launchbar (after I did one of these actions), it causes a decrease in the number of frames per second. I can move cursor however whole shell is little frozen.

Thank you

You system is almost the same as mine. Though my chip set appears to be slightly newer. I have the same issues but the problem is so bad that once I leave full screen in any program, my computer becomes unusable. Objects on the screen become completely graphically bugged. The entire systems frame rate seems to drop to a frame every few seconds. But if I leave it the mouse will start working fine, but the graphics still bugged. Then if I try to interact with the system it bogs down again. I've tried this of things.

@Devin Doucette – my fault. I reported about 2 errors at the same time and it seems that I made a mistake. I changed bluez → Ubuntu.

This bug doesn't not appear since I installed "nvidia-current" graphic driver, however now flash HD videos are very slow (image is delayed something about 3–4seconds). =(

Wojciech Bartłomiej Chojnacki, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ .

If it remains an issue, could you please run the following command in the development release from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal), as it will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report:

apport-collect -p xorg 1008137

Please ensure you have xdiagnose installed, and that you click the Yes button for attaching additional debugging information. As well, please note given that the information from the prior release is already available, doing this on a release prior to the development one would not be helpful.

Thank you for your understanding.
