TuxWay - Brakes Do Nothing Below 620km/hr

When flying through the "Tuxway" track, using the flippers as brakes does nothing of use until you reach speeds of 620kM/hr - in which case they slow you from reaching around 750kM/hr.
I would have thought the flippers would slow the penguin's rate of speed down, until his flippers burnt off.

Also note the track could benefit from a brick wall or other solid obstacle across the finish line.
