visual feedback for CUE Button like CDJ

My Cue points are in a kind too volatile because of the lack of clear visual feedback.
In Mixx the cue button is lit when pressed.
On the CDJ the cue Button is lit when track is paused at the Cue point or played.

I don't think wee need flashing button but if we do this like the CDJ without flashing it is just fine

* Load a Track, CUE is set at the beginning (or the stored point) CDJ CUE = On; Mixxx CUE = Off
* Pressing CUE, Track starts playing CDJ CUE = On; Mixxx CUE = On
* Release CUE, jump back to cue Point CDJ CUE = On; Mixxx CUE = Off
* seek to a different point (Pause) CDJ CUE = Flashing; Mixxx CUE = Off
* Press CUE, CUE Changes and remains paused CDJ CUE = On; Mixxx CUE = Off
