Quitting mixxx while preferences window is open does not save preferences

Bug Description
I'm setting up a new controller using the controller wizard. If I've clicked "done" on the wizard and the preferences window is still open, and then control-q to exit Mixxx, all my new changes are lost. If Mixxx gets a quit signal, it should make sure to save preferences first.

Patch from lp:1007958 shows a warning upon closing that all changes will be lost, if preferences window is still open. I think this is enough as it shouldn't automatically save the changes if you haven't pressed OK in the preferences.
