Bug Description
If I move my mouse outside the workspace manager's zone before the window finishes animating in, it will never time out and hide.

Now that the workspace manager is the switcher, this bug has re-appeared in a different way.
If you use the keyboard shortcut to change workspaces, the manager won't disappear even if you click on other windows.
