Bug Description
This requires a dynamic number of workspaces.
When a window is made fullscreen, it should get it's own workspace. When un-fullscreened, it should go back to the workspace it was last on.

If this is implemented would the full screen app own that workspace exclusively or could I drop another smaller window to that workspace? I personally like to put a small text editor window for note taking or an IM window over larger windows, especially on smaller screens, would this be possible?
