Bug Description

Under gala, plank behaves as if there is no compositing. All edges are square instead of rounded.

GNOME's confirmations and Unity's overlay scrollbars are also affected.

I do. But only with granite's popovers, so perhaps it's their fault. Plank and any other app that requires compositing works just fine.
