Bug Description

sbuild gives an error with the 3.4 kernel on precise:

Use of uninitialized value $chroot_arch in chomp at /usr/share/perl5/Sbuild/Build.pm line 2020.
E: Can't determine architecture of chroot:

schroot complains about a PAM error, so in auth.log I found this:

Jun 1 15:02:49 eldon schroot[6478]: pam_loginuid(schroot:session): set_loginuid failed

on 3.2 everything is fine, then apw told me that this is a deliberate change in the kernel, CONFIG_AUDIT_LOGINUID_IMMUTABLE is a new option and is set. Commenting pam_loginuid out from common-session worked around the issue for now.

CONFIG_AUDIT_LOGINUID_IMMUTABLE has been disabled for the past few uploads. It's even being enforced to be disabled in our kernel config enforce file. Marking this Fix Released.
