Bug Description
Slingshot is preloaded by session by passing --silent parameter. However, if I open it before the session gets to preloading it, calling "slingshot --silent" closes it while I'm browsing it. This should not happen.

FWIW, invoking "slingshot" while slingshot is open also closes it. I think this has to do with how it's opened from the Applications menu. AFAIK, this bug can't be fixed unless we change Slingshot into a proper indicator.
