Re-approval task bug.
This bug will be used to track the progress of the re-approval,
and make sure that every team gets the needed follow-through.
This bug will also allow us to keep a record of who was approved
and re-approved when. Please keep in mind the only people who should
be subscribed are the LoCo Council, and the team Contact. This bug will
also be kept private, for council use.

Dear LoCo Council members,

We already started to work on our re-approval application and we will try to be ready for the august meeting. Our membership expiration date is coming soon and I don't know if it should be modified to add more time or if it is not important. If you want us to focus more on some of our activites (online websites, events, live cds…), just ask ;)

Our teams are working on the Approval Application and we will be ready one week before the LoCo Council meeting on the 21st August 2012. We had our second coordination meeting last night to work on it and we plan to have one more before that date. I already added our team in the agenda.

Dear council members, as I have told you on IRC ubuntu-fr won't be able to apply for reapproval at the August Council, but of course it will be the case for the september one. Thanks for your comprehension.
