Bug Description
STR:
Set up the following environment: Windows7, Squid caching proxy. Allow Win7 host to ICMP and TCP access to proxy from Windows7 only.
Expected results:
SD connects via proxy
Actual results:
Control panel works, SD tries to connect directly.
