RDP - the very first connection starts with black-screen

Bug Description

The very first RDP connection starts with black-screen, refresh does not help, only resizing the window redraws the screen.
Any RDP connection after that is fine.

Using remmina 1.0.0-1ubuntu6

does the same with ssh and vnc connections - has done since Ubuntu 12.04, annoying!
