Bug Description

For plugin Satellites need add feature for adding all downloaded satellites from internet via GUI (SatellitesImportDialog).

Right now for adding all satellites need mark every satellite - this is not very good. We need feature for mark all satellites in list or add all satellites from list without marks for each items.

OK, I'll add "Mark all" and "Mark none" buttons just as in the Solar System Editor plug-in.
