Bug Description
The upstream kernel module brcmsmac claim there is support for BCM4313. However, it isn't 100% yet (in Oneiric). If the bcmwl package is installed to support this device, the brcmsmac module should be blacklisted.
Steps:
1. get laptop with BCM4313 and load the latest image on it (20120516-1)
2. step out to parking lot and view wireless networks that are available with nm-applet
3. blacklist bcma and brcmsmac modules (add 'blacklist brcmsmac' and 'blacklist bcma' in separate lines with out quotes to /etc/modprobe.
4. reboot laptop
5. step out to parking lot and view wireless networks that are available with nm-applet
Expected results:
number of available wireless networks are the same in step 2 and 5
Actual results:
more wireless networks are available in step 5
