LibreOffice help ignores language settings

LibreOffice helps ignores the language settings for the program language (in my case: German) and displays the English help text.

Removing the packages libreoffice-help-en-gb and libreoffice-help-en-us avoids the problem.

It could be fixed on Ubuntu 14.04 with LibreOffice 4.2.1 Build ID: 420m0 (build:1)

On my test computer, i have libreoffice-help-en-us , libreoffice-help-en-gb and libreoffice-help-fr
French is the default language system and i have help in french.

Yes, I can confirm that the bug is fixed in LibreOffice 4.2.8.2 Build ID 420m0(Build:2) on Linux Mint 17 Qiana, which is based on Ubuntu 14.04:

I have libreoffice-help-en-us and libreoffice-help-de installed, the default language is German and the help appears in German.
