Apps in partners are triggering double the distro series and if you click on them it causes an error

Bug Description:
Any app released in partners (skype acroread) duplicates the distro series it is available for but if you click on either of those links it throws up an error.

Possible cause is due to the new fix in SCA/DP to release to auto publish an app for partners, so it shows as an app in partners repo as well as an app in SCA

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Goto the link above
2. Check the distro series down the side
3. Click on any of the duplicated distro serie

Expected Result:
I expect to see one distro series and it behave as expected not error out

This could be related to the import_for_purchase_apps command additionally checking the application_id field... or not.
