Bug Description
My U1 Windows client never complete sync'ing files.
I uninstalled the client once, then re-installed.
However, It occurs again.
Also new files aren't sync'ed under the folder of "Ubuntu One".
OS: Windows 7 SP1 (with Japanese Environment)
Ubuntu One (Windows) client version 3.0.0
I think somothing wrong with a multi-bytes filename.

This could possible have to do with multi-byte, though Japanese filenames have been part of the test data I've been using for several years. Assigning to Desktop team for further research.
