<alt>+<PrtScreen>+<k> works even though Screen is locked

Bug Description
Not quite sure if this is a BUG, but besause it can result in dataloss I report it nevertheless.

Of course I could deaktivate the command in /proc/sys/
Reproduce:
- SAVE YOUR WORK!!
- set /proc/sys/
- lock your screen
- <alt>+<
Expected behavior:
-gnome-screensaver should intercept the command.
Actual behaviour:
- All processes incl. X-Server are killed you will get to a Login-Screen

Admitting it a duplicate. But maybe it would be easier to forbid sysrq in gnome-screensaver (if technical possible) than change the system globally. Would reduce the implications of the bug tremendously.
