Bug Description

Ekiga is segfaulting on startup. I will attach a threaded stack trace.

Please DO NOT duplicate this bug to the private bug mentioned in bug 897339. This issue needs to be worked out in the open where the "non-elite" can follow the progress.

I should add though, I've never had any large address books. I doubt I've ever had more than a dozen entries in one.

Ahhh. My mistake. I do suppose I could have had a long call history
given that this was a client on my home PBX.
